Paul Biondolillo

Paul is a 40+ year veteran of the mortgage industry with a proven track record of creating new business opportunities and advancing existing relationships. Paul’s greatest satisfaction comes from being a part of his teammates’ success.

Prior to joining Ocean Blue Lending, Paul was the Sr. Vice President and Floria Regional manager for Highlands Residential Mortgage.  Before that, he was the South Florida Area Manager at EverBank where he established a local processing team, opened 4 new offices and increased production by 100%. At FEMBi Mortgage Paul was a Managing Partner in charge of National Production where he grew the company's retail production from a "startup" in January 2010 to over 300mm in 2012. Paul was also employed at Bank of America for 15 years where he rose through the ranks from Loan Officer to Senior Vice President responsible for Florida’s retail residential mortgage operations with an annual budget that exceeded 2 billion dollars. Ultimately, Paul was promoted to Senior Process Design Executive and transferred to the corporate headquarters in Charlotte NC. While in Charlotte, Paul earned a Green Belt in Six Sigma quality and process design, and was the principal lead on several cost saving and customer service related projects. Paul also served as Executive Vice President and Line of Business Manager at SunTrust Mortgage, South Florida. Under his direction, SunTrust, South Florida increased mortgage production by over 300%. Paul also served as National Production Manager for K. Hovnanian American Mortgage a division of K. Hovnanian Homes, one of the country's largest home builders.

Paul, a resident of South Florida since 1967, resides in NE Broward County where he raised two wonderful sons, Nicolas and PJ. Paul enjoys boating, skiing and is an avid golfer.
