Russ Scott

Hi, I’m Russ Scott. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator and Certified Financial Planner™ Professional with a  passion for helping people achieve their financial dreams. I graduated from Baylor University in 2002  with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. My entire professional life has been in the financial  industry and my top priority is doing what is best for my clients as I help them navigate their financial  life. Whether it's securing the perfect mortgage or creating a long-term financial plan, I’m here to guide  every step of the way.  

I am lucky to share this incredible life with my wonderful wife, Jen, and our two fast-paced teenagers,  James and Livi. Not only is Jen insanely talented as a wedding and family photographer but she also  teaches high school biology in the rigorous International Baccalaureate program. Yeah, she’s pretty  amazing! James plays competitive baseball all across Florida and Livi is a creative force often performing  in musicals like Frozen and Beauty and the Beast. I am so proud of my family!  

When I’m not on the sidelines at my son’s baseball tournaments or holding back tears for my daughter’s  latest performance, you’ll probably find me with a guitar in hand and a strong cup of coffee nearby.  Life’s a balancing act, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I might even be able to squeeze in some  pickleball or the occasional round of golf.
