Scott Rinehart

Scott is passionate about providing the best service to his customers which was a catalyst for launching Ocean Blue Lending LLC. Having started his career in the mortgage industry back in 2006, he became known amongst his clients for his integrity and follow through. Consistently a top producer of the company, Scott made a name for himself, maintaining a very close hand in the process for each and every one of his clients.

Scott has worked with firms like Highlands Mortgage and Academy Mortgage and he has built his business model around the idea of thoroughly assessing the goals and objectives of his clients and aligning those needs with the appropriate loan program. He says, Being the first-hand man for homeowners when it comes to their questions, needs, and concerns is a priority I look forward to having each and every day of my career.

Active in various real estate and other professional groups, Scott has become known as a favorable loan officer among business owners, corporate executives, and families in both Georgia and Florida. He works closely with other real estate professionals, builders, attorneys, CPA’s and all other home buyers to deliver the best and most appropriate loan options in conjunction with a straightforward and uncomplicated loan process to each client, always making sure the job gets done the right way. Scott works in partnership with his clients to build not only professional relationships but also personal relationships, gaining their trust, respect, and lifelong business.

Scott spent most of his early years in Atlanta, growing up in Marietta, GA. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA degree in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation in 2000. Scott currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his beautiful wife Ashley and daughter Kinlie along with and their Golden Retriever, Ari.
